Returns Policy :
If there is a desire to return any supplies you must contact us first by email (click on 'email us' at left). Any returned goods are subject to a 15% restocking charge plus the original shipping charge.
The customer is also responsible for the return cost of postage.
The parcel that would cross the border back into Canada would require a Customs Declaration note with the statement on it saying that the contents are Returned Goods.
