ZoneAlarm Info
When you plan to
order supplies using the SHOPPING CART, you must make sure your computer will
accept cookies. If you notice that the CCNOW shopping cart is accepting only
one item at a time in your desired multiple order, then you probably have a
firewall setting that has to be adjusted. You should be able to order any number
of different items all on one invoice. There are two things you can do.
To temporarily turn
ZoneAlarm software off...
- Right click on
the small ZoneAlarm icon at the bottom right corner of your screen.
- Choose SHUTDOWN
ZONEALARM.
- After you've
made your purchase, simply turn ZoneAlarm back on through your Start Menu.
To adjust ZoneAlarm
to allow ccnow shopping cart purchases...
- Click on ZoneAlarm
and put it on your monitor screen.
- Click Privacy
on the left margin and you will get the Site List page heading on the right
side.
- Click on it and
you will see the various URL sites that you go to.
- You may be able
to find www.ccnow.com as you have been to it already or go to ADD and type
www.ccnow.com
- Click the big
X and allow it to accept 3rd. party cookies.
